Think. Believe. Become.
Empowering You to Thrive Through Movement and Mindfulness.

Hello friends...

Running has taken me to finish lines around the world, from Ironman events and ultramarathons to the iconic Comrades Marathon in South Africa, where I achieved an 81st-place female finish.
But the most rewarding part of my journey has never been the races, it has been the people. As a Psychology graduate with a background in trauma counselling and a registered Athletics Australia running coach, I'm passionate about helping people build confidence, overcome self-doubt and achieve goals that once felt impossible.
I created Chi-Me because I believe movement and mindfullness have the power to change lives. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. My goal isn't simply to help you get to the start line. It's to help you back yourself, stay committed and discover what becomes possible when you keep showing up.

With Gratitude,

Come run with us...

Chi-Me is the host of Rise and Run - a running and training community for women, built around your goals. Chi-Me is the philosophy, the coaching and the training. Rise and Run is the community where that philosophy comes to life.
Every member receives a dedicated coach, a personalised training plan, and becomes part of a community where every runner is supported, every goal is respected, and every milestone is celebrated.
This is bigger than running. It's about growth you can feel in every part of your life, the goals you set and keep, the confidence that builds when you do, and the people around you who make the whole thing better. Training, wellness, friendship, self-belief. It's all part of being here.
This is a chance to be part of something unique. A place to train alongside women who show up for the same reason you do, and to be one of the first names in a community built to grow.

Through guided reflection, mindset coaching and practical psychology tools, you'll build confidence, resilience and self-belief that extends far beyond running. The strongest runners aren't simply built by training harder, they're built from the inside out.

Every athlete is chasing a different finish line but we're all walking the same path towards getting stronger. Mentally, physically and emotionally.
Whether you're building toward your first 5km or stepping up to something else, every member receives the same expert coaching, the same level of support, and the same encouragement. Every pace, every goal, and every runner matters.Your distance is your goal.

I joined the City to Surf training group to gain that additional support needed to achieve my fitness goals for this event.
The comprehensive and individualised Chi-Me program enabled me to target all areas, such as strength, overall health and wellness, required to achieve my goals. The regular check-ins allowed me to stay on track, and the additional tips about health and wellbeing served as a reminder to prioritise my needs.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Chi-Me program and highly recommend it.

For me, this program gave me direction. I love a goal and a challenge and I found myself getting excited to see the next program. The strength program really made a difference to my running too.
